The Silicone Inflatable Double Bulb System is designed for true enema enthusiasts. The nozzle is inserted along with the first balloon. Both balloons are then inflated, creating an internal feeling of fullness and an external seal. Once the seal is created, liquid is filled inside of the rectum via a bag system or a syringe.
