1. General regulations

A buyer expresses his agreement with the Conditions of use declared by the seller when making an order. Relations between the buyer and seller follow these conditions and are binding for both the sides.

2. Ordering goods and services

You can make your orders by means of a shopping basket or by e-mail, Skype and ICQ, phone or in letters. All the contact data are presented on the shop website.

Goods and services stated in an order can be a subject of a sale contract only. Photos, descriptions of goods and advertising materials come from producers’ or distributors’ data and are not binding.

We contract to deliver goods in perfect conditions and in harmony with specifications and qualities standard of a particular kind of goods, with norms and regulations valid in the Czech Republic.

Filling in all the required data in an order form is the condition for making an electronic form valid. The order is a proposal of the contract sale which comes into effect after delivering goods to a buyer.

The seller stipulates to claim a compensation of an order or its set part in advance, especially in case of negative experience with clients (parcels not being picked up repeatedly).

In case there has been a big change in currency rate, changing price or changing range of products from the side of a distributor, ending goods delivery by a producer or replacing goods by new versions – in the course of time since ordering the goods, we reserve the right to modify the order after an agreement with a buyer or to cancel it immediately.

Our customers are noticed of favourable offers, new products or changes in provided services by means of e-mails. They are not sent more often than once a month. If you are not willing to receive them, you will be put out of the list.

3. Order Confirmation

Customers will be sent an e-mail confirming their orders, informing about goods shipping, its posting or picking up personally.

4. Order Cancellation

Each order can be cancelled without giving a reason on condition goods have not been shipped or posted yet, 24 hours from ordering the latest.

5. Packing and Shipping

We do not charge any dispatch and package fees, or preparing goods for personal pickup. Shipping charges depend on a chosen type of transportation and payment. Shipping fees will be shown before finalizing and sending the order.

6. Term of Delivery

Term delivery of ordered goods depends on their availability and chosen type and transportation and payment. We try to make information concerning availability stated in goods descriptions as accurate as possible but it is not binding. If a term of delivery differs significantly from a stated term, we will contact you.

7. Replacement or Returning Goods

You can claim goods replacement, cancel a sale contract and return the goods within the legal term of two weeks. The goods must not be used and damaged. Some types of goods can be returned in original package only – for hygienic reasons (underwear, dildos) or for copyright reasons (DVDs). Replacement expenses are fully carried by a buyer.

8. Claims for Replacement and Warranty

Claims are met in harmony with the rule of law valid in the Czech Republic. A buyer is obliged to check the goods in order to find out possible faults and damages. Found faults are to be reported to our company immediately.

All the goods are under legal term of guarantee within 24 months, unless stated otherwise. Warranty covers manufacturing faults, not faults caused by shippers, improper use, improper storage or common worn out referring to a product use.

Claims are met as soon as possible, latest within 30 days since their start, i.e. taking the claimed goods over by our company.
